REGISTRATION

• The Entry Fee for a 12 x 12 booth space is $110.00

• Online Registration closes July 13th, 2027.

• Vendors will be juried upon the submission of the application and photos. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided end of March, April, May and June.

• 3 Product photos and at least 1 photo of your booth setup must be emailed promptly to us after the application and payment process.

• No shared spaces are permitted. The availability of grass spaces at the park lawn is limited.

  .Vendors must pay in full before their application will be accepted.

2027 DATES AND DEADLINES

• June 20th- Last day for Booth refund if vendor cancels.

• July 13th- Last day for online applications.

• July 19th-Early Booth set up AFTER 6pm. (No evening security provided)

• July 20th

  • 7:00 am Booth Set-up

  • 9:00 am Show Opens

  • 4:00 Show Ends Booth check-out

WEATHER: Lake City weather is unpredictable, so come prepared for hot, cold, wind, snow, rain or other extreme conditions that might affect you or your works. Tents are not required, but recommended. Tent weights are also highly recommended.

FOOD: Food will be available for purchase at local restaurants and from food vendors in the Festival.

LODGING: An accommodations guide for hotels and camping can be obtained through the Lake City Chamber of Commerce - www.lakecity.com. In addition camping is available at the Lake Fork Valley Conservancy. For more information, please email info@lfvc.org.

HOUSEKEEPING: Town ordinances prohibit dogs in the town park and pets are not allowed in the booths. Sleeping in RVs is prohibited on the street.
