Today, Cabin Fever Players have carried on the tradition by performing multiple showings of their chosen play throughout the summer with our talented local actors and actresses.
A Little History…
Cabin Fever Players is one of the original community arts programs, begun in the dark ages before Lake City Arts became an anchor of downtown Lake City. The original program brought together community members across demographic lines and started the tradition of a summer production. These early productions were presented on a raised platform in what is now the Anthony Gallery. Early shows included locally written and produced plays such as 'Echoes From the Boardwalk' written by Mary Stigall and Grant Houston.
